Before we begin work for you, we will send you an Engagement Letter which details all the remaining items in this web page. We want to have a detailed discussion with you, preferable by phone. At this time we will help you decide which program of The FormTool is best for your use. We will also determine exactly what you want to accomplish. Next we ask you to send us the document(s) you want to have converting into Templates.

Pricing and Time for

Completion

After our review of the document(s) you send us, we will give you a fixed price fee quote and the estimated time it will take to complete the project. If you agree with the pricing and time frame for completion, we require 50% of the fee before we begin work. When we complete the project, it will be sent to you with an invoice for the remaining 50% of the fee.

Warranty

If the balance of the is received by us in a timely manner, you will automatically receive a six-month period in which any changes you want, as long as they are within the original scope of the project, will be made for you at no additional charge. This gives you time to work with the template(s) to be sure they look like you want them.
